Every screen in the app has a chat bubble in the bottom-right corner — click it to message support directly from your Shopify admin.

When reaching out, include your store’s .myshopify.com domain and, if the issue is order-specific, the order number — this lets support look up your account and the exact order without back-and-forth.
A quick self-check for the most common issues:
- Widget not showing on storefront — confirm the Theme App Embed is enabled (Adding the Widget to Your Theme).
- Orders not appearing in the dashboard — check your Order Sync rules; an order only syncs if it matches your All/Product/Tag configuration.
- Emails not sending — if you’ve configured Custom SMTP, verify the connection again; incorrect credentials fail silently.
- Can’t upload files — check your storage usage against your plan’s limit.
